If something's not right, we'll make it right.

Most of what we make is custom — printed, designed, or modeled to your brief. That changes the rules a bit compared to off-the-shelf goods. Here's how we handle returns and refunds, in plain language.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with a print defect (visible layer separation, warping, missing features compared to the approved file), write to us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We'll either reprint the piece at no cost or refund you in full — your choice. Shipping on the replacement is on us.

Wrong item shipped

If we send you the wrong piece, we'll arrange a pickup and ship the correct one at no cost. No questions.

Custom orders — change of mind

Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind once production has started. Before we begin printing, you can cancel for a full refund. After production starts but before dispatch, we'll refund the material cost minus work already done.

Design & modeling work

Design and 3D modeling fees are non-refundable once we've shared the first draft, since the work has been done. If you're not happy with the first draft, we offer up to two rounds of revisions included in the original quote. If we still can't get it right after that, we'll part ways and refund 50% of the design fee.

Workshops & training

Cancel a workshop booking up to 7 days before the session for a full refund. Within 7 days, we can reschedule once at no cost, or refund 50%. No-shows aren't refundable.

Shipping costs

Original shipping is non-refundable except where the fault is ours (damaged, defective, wrong item). Return shipping for change-of-mind cancellations before production is on the customer.
